Nervousness is something that does accompany anyone who dances in public, however, it will help you to grow and be confident as a dancer in general. It is not recommended that persons with serious spinal injuries participate in dance classes until their injuries have resolved. Teaching young ladies to be sexy can backfire: as it is temporary, even though for that time it may make them more confident. You may not feel very confident to start out, but when you progress, see yourself growing leaner, stronger; you will become much happier and confident. Confidence can be boosted by dance.

Women's merits are more often judged simply on sex appeal than men's merits are, in my opinion.

There are a lot of great things about learning to dance, one of them is the chance to meet new people and to make some great lasting friendships. My formative years were filled with dance classes which I started at a tender age. These were ballet, jazz and tap. I also participated in hip hop classes. Ballet is a great choice for those who want to learn to dance.
Through dancing you can maintain muscle, increase your coordination, and change the overall way you carry yourself. Once you begin to feel comfortable with what you're learning and doing it might take a little time to progress from nervous to confident but you will sparkle not only in your dancing but also in the rest of your life. Ballet can be bad on your back.
