I recently ordered one of many cleat nailerkits by Hardcore tools and I will say it performed quite superior to I expected. Normally I would have chosen a top-notch brand which may grant me quality from the beginning, however really needed the ground nailer to get a small patching job and however much I looked around I couldn't find anything with a decent price. I can't do enough flooring jobs as a way to afford spending a large amount with a nailer, however, if you are looking at renting one there is certainly usually an excessive amount a hassle to be worth every penny (they cost around $40 each day). Besides, I dislike having to work with a tool rental schedule. Therefore, I became very pleased while i found this tool on sale to get a worthy price. I create tools I would want to spend big money on, so shelling out $400-500 to get a top-brand cleat nailer simply didn't seem sensible for me personally. My choice basically revolved for this and a top-quality gun, however in used state. However, that would have already been an oddball item. Even if you realise an inexpensive brand-name cleat nailer, you are aware that a professional tried it, of course, if that happened this means it fired way too many nails as a way to hold up a lot longer. My fear was that buying a used tool means that taking someone else's headache. However i still needed a cleat nailer so I thought that one would suit me well - and I wasn't wrong. So far, the tool works perfectly for me personally and I have absolutely zero complaints. It isn't just who's looks good and feels sturdy at touch, it works excellently and on going no matter the project you utilize it for. Personally i have tried it on maple, oak and bamboo flooring thus far together not an issue so far. I would lie only said the shiny design didn't help with my decision, it simply looked too well to cover to miss that one. However, a few things i was actually concerned with in the beginning was functionality. Fortunately, my worries were unfounded because device usually work great it doesn't matter what you throw at it. It is to establish for 3/4 " flooring automatically, it comes with another floor plate to allow for 1/2 " surfaces. All you need to do is switch few cap bolts using the supplied allen wrench and then everything goes perfectly smooth. Truth is I became expecting the thing to boom using one of these days, especially just by a not-so-nice review I read on Amazon. But, to my amazement, the thing just keeps shooting the cleats in, sinking the cleats in oak and maple perfectly. I had created no ham thus far, nor any partially sunk cleat. I haven't tried to install staples inside it due to the fact I felt the built-in cleats hold very well. Although I previously belief that if you'd like quality results you need to purchase only the very best and most expensive, that one cleat nailer changed my opinion! Furthermore, i love the plastic case it came packed in, it can make carrying the unit from one place to another quite simple. To summarize, regardless if you are a specialist floorer, part-time pro or homeowner, that one machine truly deserves your attention. I would recommend it for any my buddies, something which I really do almost never ever since i have quite strict quality standards.
