Executive Window blind Spots



We all have patterns, routines, and beliefs that limit all of us. The challenge is that we typically can't find out how those thought-patterns and beliefs carry us rear and that which you can't discover tends to mess up our endeavours.

Blind spots can severely impact a good executive's strategic eye-sight, their course of action, and their rate of success. They affect decision-making and creativity (or don't have thereof) in dealing with problems and they act for you to limit the strategic projects we are willing to consider. They will affect the way we relate to other people - hampering our authority effectiveness, each of our political adeptness, and our executive presence.

No matter what our expertise in life or in business continues to be, what each of our background is, our get older, level of education, or intelligence. We're all be subject to blind spots.
