How to get there
Port Macquarie is 260km from Newcastle, 420km from Sydney and 510km from Brisbane. It is a four hour drive north of Sydney or a seven hour drive south of Brisbane. The town centre is 15 minutes off the Pacific Highway, so it's a short detour before hitting the road again.
